"Asked too many questions and wanted drivers liences from all family members and every little ticket/ vehicle incident and everything that happened. Then, I said there would be an upcharge for any of that if it was in the past! Workers seemed to be in their own little world. Also had a dog inside that kept barking constantly. Left without even getting a quote becuase we didn't have enough information. Don't recommend."

probably not his fault. but switched my insurance to him for a auto policy he never mentioned that I agreed to enroll into there Drive safe program!! Nor did I .till I received the beacon from state farm . I'm 62 years old with clean driving record . Then I get threatening EMAILS FROM STATE FARM WHY I DID NOT INSTALL IT 3 IN TOTAL SO AFTER A SHORT RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS AGENCY I CANCELLED THE POLICY OVER IT . SO BE AWARE WHEN YOU CHOOSE STATE FARM ."
